Q) What countries can I call from using your cards?
A) You can call from the USA, Canada, Russia, Ukraine, Estonia, and Tajikistan with our cards at the moment. Several European countries will be added to this list in the nearest future.
Q) What countries can I call using your cards?
A) You can make both local and international telephone calls to over 240 countries around the world. You can find a list of these countries on the Search Rates page.
Q) What phones can I make calls from using your cards?
A) Our cards work from any touch-tone phone including cellular, dorm or payphones. Please note that some hotels block all calls to toll free access numbers from their phones.

Q) Do I have to listen to the end of each system’s voice message when I use my card?
A) No. You can start dialing before the end of the system’s voice message.
Q) I hear a message that my PIN is blocked after entering it. What does it mean?
A) It means that your card balance has run out and that you have to recharge your card.
Q) I hear a message that my PIN is invalid after entering it. What does it mean?
A) You have made a mistake while entering your PIN.
Q) What does the message “The number you have dialed is not supported” mean?
A) You have either dialed a wrong country or city code or the country or city code dialed by you does not exist.
Q) I have dialed the destination number but I didn’t get through. What do I do in this case?
A) You have to redial this number again through an alternative carrier. In order to do this, please dial the country code, city code and the subscriber’s number again and press the button “#” twice after hearing the system’s message.
Q) What do I do if I got through, but I can’t hear the person I am talking to well?
A) You have to redial this number again through an alternative carrier. In order to do this, please dial the country code, city code and the subscriber’s number again and press the button “#” twice after hearing the system’s message.
Q) In what countries does the PIN-less dialing work?
A) It works in all the countries from which you can call using our cards.
Q) Can I use the same numbers that I have registered previously for my other card when I arrange the PIN-less dialing feature?
A) No. You cannot register the same phone numbers for more than one calling card.
If you have registered these numbers for a previously purchased card and wish to use them for another card, you have to remove the numbers registered for the old card and register them for the new one. Click here to read the instruction on PIN-less dialing.
