To receive information on your card balance, the numbers dialed, date, time, duration and destination of the calls made with the calling card, go to Orders History or Recharges History section of Your Account. Click the Check Balance link that corresponds with the card you need in the Actions column.
You can also check your card balance by phone. In order to do this, please call one of our Access Numbers, enter your PIN-code and listen to the system’s message about the amount of money left on your account.
You will hear a message about the amount of money left on your account right after your call has gone through if you are calling from a number registered for PIN-less dialing.
